We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate should be data-savvy, creative, and passionate about achieving performance goals such as leads, sales, or ROAS.
What You Will Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and ad copy.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spending based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and digital advertising.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in running paid digital campaigns. (Agency experience preferable)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and eCommerce metrics.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel.
- Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
