DOT is not just a coffee shop — it’s a living, breathing art space. As the Brand & Events Manager, you will be the key driver of all artistic experiences at DOT. You’ll oversee the Observe Floor, manage the DOT application, coordinate exhibitions and events, and facilitate art sales. This is a creative-meets-operational role, perfect for someone deeply passionate about art, people, and execution.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- Confident in dealing with artists, customers, and vendors
- Passionate about art, culture, and community spaces
- Basic tech proficiency (app handling, listings, basic CMS use) is a plus
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 8 hours/day, 2 PM onwards
Compensation:
50-70K + performance-based incentives on art sales
