Role Overview:
We’re looking for 3x Content Marketers who can create high-converting, emotion-driven content.
This is a commission-based, high-earning opportunity – ideal for creatives who think like marketers and love seeing their content move the needle.
You’ll work closely with AZRA’s leadership and franchise marketing team to design powerful brand narratives, compelling product campaigns, and engaging customer content.
Note: This role may require 2-3 days per week of local travel for on-site content creation, brand shoots, and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft emotionally resonant content across social media, landing pages, ads, email marketing, and franchise campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams and leadership to conceptualize and produce premium fashion and beauty content.
- Analyze content performance and optimize for higher engagement, conversions, and franchise inquiries.
- Participate in local shoots, content days, and branding events to create real-time, on-brand assets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep passion for premium brands, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle storytelling.
- Experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management – especially for premium or aspirational brands.
- Strategic thinking: You understand how emotional storytelling drives both brand love and sales.
- Highly self-driven with a performance-based mindset (comfortable earning based on content results).
- Willing to travel locally 2-3 days a week for shoots and brand experiences.
