Oversee the visual and brand identity across all product lines, ensuring consistency and symmetry in packaging design, stickers, labels, cartons, and POS materials.
Develop and manage the creative direction for product posts, graphics, model imagery, product names, specifications, and storytelling.
Define and implement the overall brand look and perception, ensuring every touchpoint (e.g., product, packaging, promotional items) reflects the brand’s essence.
Maintain uniformity in all brand extensions such as flex boards, billboards, wall clocks, diaries, corporate gifts, etc.
Create and enforce brand guidelines to align all internal teams and external partners (vendors, creative firms, agencies) with Fischer’s identity.
Coordinate closely with creative vendors and production firms to ensure timely and brand-consistent delivery of materials.
Serve as the brand’s custodian, reviewing and approving all creative work before execution.
Work alongside marketing and product teams to integrate brand strategies into campaigns and launches.
