Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the visual and brand identity across all product lines, ensuring consistency and symmetry in packaging design, stickers, labels, cartons, and POS materials.
  • Develop and manage the creative direction for product posts, graphics, model imagery, product names, specifications, and storytelling.
  • Define and implement the overall brand look and perception, ensuring every touchpoint (e.g., product, packaging, promotional items) reflects the brand’s essence.
  • Maintain uniformity in all brand extensions such as flex boards, billboards, wall clocks, diaries, corporate gifts, etc.
  • Create and enforce brand guidelines to align all internal teams and external partners (vendors, creative firms, agencies) with Fischer’s identity.
  • Coordinate closely with creative vendors and production firms to ensure timely and brand-consistent delivery of materials.
  • Serve as the brand’s custodian, reviewing and approving all creative work before execution.
  • Work alongside marketing and product teams to integrate brand strategies into campaigns and launches.
