Fischer is a leading Pakistani appliances brand which has been serving since 1990. Fischer is looking for a talented, energetic, and creative Female Brand Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and messaging that aligns with company goals and ensures consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Plan and manage integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, offline, PR, events etc) collaborating with creative teams and agencies to produce high-quality content and assets.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitor trends, and opportunities to inform strategic brand decisions and initiatives.
- Own and maintain brand guidelines (visual identity, logo, templates etc) to ensure consistency and compliance across all internal teams and external partners with Fischer’s identity.
- Track brand performance KPIs, report on campaign results, manage budget and ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles.
- Proven ability of managing and growing brands across both online and offline channels with measurable success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to deliver creative solutions with strategic precision and detail
- Solid analytical skills, comfortable with working with data, metrics and research.
