Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop, own, and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with Adryd’s core business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysisto identify new opportunities, audience insights, and strategic advantages.
  • Define and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize Return on Investment ($ROI$).
  • Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for all marketing activities, presenting insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  1. Campaign & Brand Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of all marketing campaigns across digital (SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing) and traditional (PR, Events) channels.
  • Serve as the ultimate guardian of the Adryd brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partnersto ensure high quality, on-time, and on-budget deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest marketing technologies and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
  1. Team Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks effectively, and conduct regular performance reviews to support the professional development of your team
  1. Client & Stakeholder Relations:
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on all marketing related matters.
  • Confidently prepare and present marketing strategies, campaign performance reports, and data-driven insights in client meetings and executive reviews.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, deeply understanding their needs to ensure our marketing efforts support their success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven measurable growth.
  • Strong expertise across the full marketing mix, with an understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and create insightful reports.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills; you can inspire a team and confidently engage with C-level executives and clients.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
