We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the plant.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for factory and staff-level employees.
  • Maintain positive industrial relations and handle disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and time management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations Factories Act, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Design and execute training & development programs to improve productivity and employee engagement.
  • Lead the performance management process and facilitate performance appraisals.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment through consistent HR policies.
  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Liaise with government bodies, unions, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
