We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the plant.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for factory and staff-level employees.
- Maintain positive industrial relations and handle disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and time management systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations Factories Act, and other applicable labor laws.
- Design and execute training & development programs to improve productivity and employee engagement.
- Lead the performance management process and facilitate performance appraisals.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment through consistent HR policies.
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Liaise with government bodies, unions, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
