Our partner company, a fast-growing skincare and e-commerce brand, is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and performance-driven Junior AI Content Creator who can combine video editing, AI-powered content creation, and performance marketing to create content that drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-performing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce UGC-style, product, educational, testimonial, and promotional content for organic and paid campaigns.
• Use AI tools to create visuals, enhance production, generate content, and improve efficiency.
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content designed to maximize retention.
• Work with the Growth Team on campaigns, product launches, and creative concepts.
• Analyze content performance and continuously optimize videos based on engagement, audience insights, and conversion metrics.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, AI technologies, and emerging content formats.
