Experience in quality control/assurance in the HVAC or home appliances industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships can also apply).

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and thermodynamics.

Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.

Proficient in using measurement instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.).

Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ASHRAE, etc.).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous inspection, testing, and process audits. This role is vital to maintaining product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate HVAC appliances during different stages of production to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct mechanical testing and analysis on HVAC components (e.g., compressors, heat exchangers, fans, etc.).
• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and corrective action plans.
• Assist in developing inspection protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze defects or quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure quality objectives are met across the supply chain.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and calibration records.
• Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and components meet quality standards.
• Support product certification processes (e.g., ISO, CE, AHRI, UL, etc.).
• Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S.
