Your degree gets you qualified. It’s about time you get career-ready.

Your degree is doing exactly what it’s supposed to: giving you the knowledge and the credibility to be taken seriously. But there’s a second, quieter skillset that decides how far that takes you, the ability to actually navigate the professional world. Most students don’t realize this gap exists until they’re already in it, learning things the hard way instead of walking in prepared.

That gap between “qualified” and “ready” is exactly what The TalentBeacon built this program to close. After the success of the Career Accelerator Program, we’re back with a program to help you walk in your professional journey with the right mindset, real industry insights and your career essentials sorted. This is the Career Readiness Program (CRP)!

What Exactly Is CRP?

Think of it as a two-week bootcamp for your professional life. No boring lectures, no generic advice you’ve already heard a hundred times. Just industry-led workshops, real feedback from people who actually hire, and activities that leave you with things you can use immediately, not just a certificate to forget in a folder.

By the end, you won’t just feel more confident. You’ll have an actual, tangible toolkit for your career.

The Two-Week Journey

Week 1: Build Your Foundation

1. Self-Management: Before you can manage a career, you need to manage yourself. This session is about building the habits, discipline, and mindset that separate people who talk about their goals from people who actually hit them.

2. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Employers don’t just want people who know things. They want people who can think. You’ll learn the frameworks professionals actually use to make decisions and solve real workplace problems.

3. AI Prompt Engineering: Everyone’s talking about AI, but few people know how to actually use it well. This session teaches you practical prompt engineering and AI skills that’ll save you hours and make you look sharp doing it.

Week 2: Launch Your Career

4. Personal Branding & Networking: Your LinkedIn profile is basically your first impression before you even speak to anyone. You’ll learn how to build a professional presence that actually creates opportunities instead of sitting there ignored.

5. Resume Building & Job Applications: Stop mass-applying and hoping. You’ll walk out with an ATS-friendly resume and actually understand how to apply strategically instead of randomly.

6. Interview Preparation: Turn that pre-interview panic into actual confidence. Mock interviews, real feedback, and etiquette tips that make you walk into any room like you belong there.

More Than Sessions, A Real Experience

  • A community of 4,000+ members. You’re not only learning from trainers, you’re joining a network of over 4,000 members, with direct access to industry leaders, The TalentBeacon team, and our Campus Ambassadors, each bringing their own experience and guidance you can genuinely tap into, long after the program ends.
  • Real-time learning, but make it fun. Every session comes with hands-on group activities where you’re applying what you just learned on the spot, not just nodding along. Think icebreakers, live exercises, and collaborative challenges that make the learning stick.
  • Feedback that actually follows you. This isn’t a one-time review and goodbye. Our team stays in the loop with you through every stage, offering personal mentorship and honest, one-on-one feedback on your resume, LinkedIn, and interviews.
  • Career assets you actually leave with. A polished, ATS-friendly CV. A LinkedIn profile that tells your story instead of reading like a list. Personal branding that helps you present yourself with a clear, compelling narrative, the kind recruiters actually remember.

Learn from Industry Experts Who’ve Lived It

  • Manzar Bashir, your lead coach through this journey, leads the session on Interview Preparation & Professional Communication. A business psychologist and executive coach with over 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies like Dell, Allianz, Snapchat, GE, Johnson & Johnson, and Bank of America. He’s a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (UK), certified in MBTI, Hogan, EQ-i, and SHL, and has led leadership assessments for the State Bank of Pakistan, LUMS, and Descon. So when he talks mindset, it’s coming from real boardroom experience, not theory.
  • Hyatt Kureshi, Founder and Chairman of XireX Technologies, leads the Self-Management session. With nearly 30 years across the UAE and Pakistan, from wiring his first server rack in 1997 to building a company on his own terms, his journey is proof of exactly what he’s teaching: discipline that compounds over decades.
  • Haider Ahmad, leads Personal Branding & Networking. Currently in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Fauji Foods, with prior experience at CureMD, Fauji Fresh n Freeze, and as Country Head of Innovation & Outreach at AIESEC Pakistan, he’s reviewed thousands of profiles from the recruiter’s side and knows exactly what separates a forgettable candidate from a hireable one.
  • Fareha Javaid, Regional CHRO at i2c Inc., leads Resume Building & Job Applications. With over 20 years of HR and organizational development leadership across brands like Sapphire, Descon, Servis, and Interloop, she’s sat on the other side of hundreds of interviews and knows precisely what makes a CV stand out in a pile.
  • Azhar Yousuf, Director at Tintash, has 14 years of experience working at two Fortune 500 companies and five unicorn startups while building and nurturing talent. He’s leading the AI Prompt Engineering session, teaching you how to actually use AI as a productivity tool, not just talk about it.
  • Syed Ommer, Founder and CEO of Daastan, leads Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking. An award-winning entrepreneur, he’s trained youth nationwide on employability skills through partnerships with UNESCO, UNDP, and the World Bank, bringing real, on-ground insight into how to actually think your way through career decisions.
